Travel Interventional Radiology Technologist - $2,726 per week

About the role

HCS 247 is seeking a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist for a 13-week assignment starting August 17, 2026, in Florence, South Carolina. The position is 8A-4P, 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Assist with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures under the supervision of an interventional radiologist
• Prepare patients for procedures, including positioning and equipment setup
• Operate imaging equipment to capture accurate images during procedures
• Document patient information and procedure details accurately
• Ensure sterile technique and infection control measures are followed
• Communicate effectively with patients and medical staff to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• 4 years of experience as an Interventional Radiology Technologist
• Current state license
• Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Successful completion of an accredited program in Radiologic Technology or related field
• Pass a background check and drug screening

Pay

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
