About the role
Nightingale Nurses is seeking a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist for a position in Joplin, Missouri.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures under the supervision of an interventional radiologist.
- Assist in the preparation of patients for procedures, including positioning and monitoring vital signs.
- Operate equipment and perform imaging techniques as needed during procedures.
- Ensure sterile technique and maintain aseptic conditions during procedures.
- Document patient data accurately and prepare reports for the physician.
Requirements
- Current Registered Radiologic Technology (RRT) certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in interventional radiology technology.
- Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for licensure in Missouri.
- Pass a background check and drug screening.
Skills
- Proficiency with interventional radiology equipment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift and move patients as necessary.

Pay
The pay rate for this position is $50-55 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
The shift is 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday.
