About the role
Healthcare Support is seeking a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist for a 13-week assignment starting ASAP in Asheville, North Carolina.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures under the supervision of a physician
- Prepare patients for procedures and assist during procedures
- Operate equipment and monitor patient responses during procedures
- Document patient information accurately and maintain records
Requirements
- Current licensure as an Interventional Radiology Technologist
- Experience in a related healthcare field
- Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an accredited program in radiologic technology
- Pass a criminal background check
Skills
- Proficiency with medical imaging equipment
- Strong organizational and attention to detail skills

Pay
The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
