About the role
HCS 247 is seeking a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Charleston, South Carolina, starting August 17, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures under the supervision of an interventional radiologist
- Assist with fluoroscopic guidance and image-guided interventions
- Prepare patients for procedures, including positioning and equipment setup
- Operate imaging equipment and record images accurately
- Document patient information and procedure details in medical records
- Ensure sterile technique and infection control during procedures
Requirements
- 40 hours per week, 9-hour shifts
- Local/Travel Contract
- 1 year of experience required
- No new grads
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current state license as an Interventional Radiology Technologist
- Basic life support (BLS) certification
Skills
- Proficient in operating imaging equipment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Pay
The pay package is based on 9 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
