Travel Interventional Radiology Technologist - $2,326 per week

About the role

HCS 247 is seeking a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist for a 13-week assignment starting August 3, 2026. The position is 40 hours per week, 9-hour shifts, and is based in Chattanooga, Tennessee.

Responsibilities

• Assist with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures under the supervision of an interventional radiologist
• Prepare patients for procedures, including positioning and monitoring vital signs
• Operate equipment and perform technical aspects of procedures
• Document patient data accurately and maintain medical records
• Ensure sterile technique and infection control protocols are followed

Requirements

• 40 hours per week
• 9-hour shifts
• Local/Travel Contract
• 1 year of experience required
• No new grads

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current state license as an Interventional Radiology Technologist
• Basic life support (BLS) certification

Skills

• Proficient in operating interventional radiology equipment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication skills

Pay

The pay package is based on 9 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
