Travel Interventional Radiology Technologist - $2,225 per week

About the role

Host Healthcare is seeking a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist for a 13-week assignment starting July 20, 2026 in Jefferson Hills, Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures under the supervision of an interventional radiologist.
• Assist in the planning and execution of interventional procedures using fluoroscopy and other imaging modalities.
• Prepare patients for procedures, including positioning and administering contrast media.
• Operate imaging equipment and record images accurately and efficiently.
• Document patient information and procedure details in the medical record.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Current state license as an Interventional Radiology Technologist.
• Experience in performing interventional procedures.
• Knowledge of imaging techniques and equipment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
• Completion of an accredited interventional radiology technologist program.
• Current certification as an Interventional Radiology Technologist.
