About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist for a 26-week assignment starting August 1, 2026, in Tucson, Arizona.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures under the supervision of an interventional radiologist
- Assist with minimally invasive procedures using fluoroscopy and ultrasound guidance
- Prepare patients for procedures, including positioning and administering contrast agents
- Operate imaging equipment and record images accurately
- Document patient information and procedure details in medical records
- Ensure sterile technique and maintain aseptic conditions during procedures
- Communicate effectively with patients and other healthcare providers
Requirements
- Current license to practice as an Interventional Radiology Technologist in the state of Arizona
- Experience in performing diagnostic imaging procedures and assisting with minimally invasive procedures
- Knowledge of fluoroscopy and ultrasound techniques
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
- Completion of an accredited radiologic technology program
- Current certification as an Interventional Radiology Technologist

Pay
The pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend to be determined.
Schedule
Shifts are 12 hours long, nights only.
