Nightingale Nurses is seeking a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist for a 13-week assignment starting on August 3, 2026, in Chattanooga, Tennessee.

Responsibilities

• Assist with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures under the supervision of interventional radiologists.
• Prepare patients for procedures, including positioning and monitoring vital signs.
• Operate imaging equipment and record images accurately.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures.
• Document procedures and patient care activities according to hospital policies and regulations.

Requirements

• Current certification as an Interventional Radiology Technologist.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a clinical setting.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).
• Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Valid state license as an Interventional Radiology Technologist.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Skills

• Proficiency with medical imaging equipment.

Pay

The pay rate for this position is $50-55 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

This is a 13-week assignment with a 36-hour workweek, consisting of 9-hour shifts, Monday through Friday.
