Travel Interventional Radiology Technician - $3,292 per week

Junxion Med Staffing is seeking a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist for an assignment in Wichita, Kansas. This 13-week position starts on August 23, 2026, with the possibility to discuss alternative start dates, shifts, or pay if needed.

About the Role

This travel assignment spans 13 weeks, offering 40 hours per week on an 8-hour day shift. The role is ideal for an Interventional Radiology Technologist looking to work in a Level 1 trauma facility with a Siemens suite.

Responsibilities

• Perform interventional radiology procedures in a Level 1 trauma facility.
• Float onsite within your skill set or to nearby sites within 40 miles as needed.
• Adhere to facility-specific protocols and Ascension’s onboarding requirements.

Requirements

• Active BLS certification.
• ARRT advanced IR certification.
• WI Radiographer License.
• Minimum of 2 years of interventional radiology experience.
• Experience with Siemens suite and EPIC.
• Prior travel experience preferred.

Credentials & Onboarding

• License and certificate verification.
• Ascension Core Competencies and Medical Imaging Contract Worker Onboarding Education Attestation.
• Ascension badge photo, driver’s license/state ID, and profile submission.
• Two professional references and employment verification.
• Criminal background check, EPLS, and 12-panel drug screen.
• Skills checklist and confirmation of assignment.
• Education verification.

Personal Health History Requirements

• MMR vaccination.
• Fit Test.
• Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Health statement.
• 2 Step PPD or IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot).
• Varicella vaccination.
• Tdap vaccination.

Pay

Estimated weekly pay includes projected hourly wages and weekly meal and lodging per diems for eligible clinicians based on nationally published GSA rates. Actual weekly pay and per diems may differ and are subject to change during the assignment.
