Travel Interventional Radiology Tech - $3,326 per week

About the role

American Traveler is hiring an Interventional Radiology Technologist with 2+ years experience in vascular, neurovascular, and body IR to support a stroke thrombectomy program.

Responsibilities

• Interventional Radiology unit in a short-term acute care hospital with 449 staffed beds
• Day shift schedule of 5x8 hours, typically starting at 7:00 AM with one late day per week starting at 8:00 AM
• Daily caseload of 10-15 cases per technologist
• Call requirement of 1 night per week plus every 4th weekend on-call rotation
• Participation in call pick-up rotation required, including holiday call as needed

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience as an IR Technologist
• Experience scrubbing cases and familiarity with wires
• Experience with vascular IR including endografts, neurovascular, trauma, and body IR
• Neurovascular IR experience required due to stroke thrombectomy program
• Active state license required by start date; pending license accepted if active by start
• License required if applicable
