About the role
We are seeking a skilled Cath Lab Tech to join our team on a full-time contract basis. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in interventional radiology and cardiology procedures.
Responsibilities
- Perform invasive cardiovascular procedures including angioplasty, cardiac ablation, and stent placements.
- Monitor patient vitals and maintain hemodynamic stability during procedures.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide optimal patient care.
- Participate in on-call rotations, managing evening and weekend responsibilities.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of Cath Lab experience with IR Tech knowledge.
- Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, RCIS.
- Strong understanding of cardiac rhythm interpretation and emergency response measures.
Schedule
This position requires day shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, following a 4x10 hour schedule. Weekend and on-call duties are mandatory, requiring availability for 14-15 call days in a 6-week period.
