About the role
Malone Healthcare - Nursing is seeking a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist for a travel job in Florence, South Carolina.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures under the supervision of an interventional radiologist.
- Assist with fluoroscopic guidance during interventional procedures.
- Operate and maintain equipment used in interventional radiology procedures.
- Document patient information accurately and timely.
- Ensure sterile technique and infection control protocols are followed.
Requirements
- 1 year of experience as an Interventional Radiology Technologist.
- First-time travelers accepted.
- Experience with General IR cases preferred, but not required.
- Required certifications: BLS, ARRT (R), SCQRSA Radiation Badge.
- Radiation badge must be provided by the agency; MUSC does not provide these badges to travelers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current BLS certification.
- ARRT (R) certification.
- SCQRSA Radiation Badge.
