Modern Healthcare Solutions is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse specializing in Interventional Radiology to join our team in Petoskey, Michigan. This position focuses on providing high‑quality patient care within an interventional radiology setting and requires a strong background in critical care and specific experience in interventional procedures.
Responsibilities
- Continuously assess patient needs, nursing actions, and care plans, adjusting as necessary to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Provide expert care during interventional radiology procedures and assist with stress testing.
- Maintain a high standard of clinical knowledge and skills relevant to interventional radiology.
- Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient care.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Interventional Radiology and stress testing.
- Strong intravenous (IV) skills are required.
- Travel experience is preferred.
- Current Michigan RN license (verification required at submission).
- ACLS and BLS certifications are mandatory.
Additional Information
Attendance is monitored closely—a strict 3‑strike policy is in effect regarding absences and tardiness. Any RN who misses a shift or is more than 20 minutes late three times will be terminated. Exceptions for legitimate reasons such as communicable diseases or hospitalization may be considered with supporting documentation.
Pay
Pay package is based on 8‑hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
- Shift: 8 hours, days (Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM).
- On‑call: 2 weekends per month, 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM.
