Junxion Med Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN for an Interventional Radiology assignment in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
About the role
This 13-week travel assignment starts on August 10, 2026, with a schedule of 8-hour day shifts and a total of 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in an Interventional Radiology (IR) lab setting
- Manage pre-operative, post-operative, and recovery phases for patients
- Utilize EPIC EMR for documentation and patient management
Requirements
- 30 months of interventional vascular/Interventional Radiology lab experience in a hospital or medical center setting
- 24 months of current interventional vascular/IR lab experience documented in work history, resume, or employment history
- Skills checklist specific to interventional vascular/IR lab
- Active Iowa State License
- Active American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) from American Heart Association (AHA)
- Valid Driver's License
Preferred Qualifications
- Cardiac Cath Lab (CCL) experience in a hospital or medical center setting
- Professional reference from a charge nurse, supervisor, nurse manager, director, CNO, or COO within the last 24 months
Certifications
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) from American Heart Association (AHA)

Pay
Estimated weekly pay includes projected hourly wages and weekly meal and lodging per diems for eligible clinicians based on nationally published GSA rates. Actual weekly pay and per diems may differ and may be subject to change during an assignment.
