About the role

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a quality Interventional Radiology Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel assignment with one of our top healthcare clients. Eighteen months of recent experience in an Interventional Radiology setting is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide critical nursing care to the cardiac patient while assisting the Interventional Radiologist, Vascular Surgeon, and Endovascular Neurosurgeon in performing diagnostic and interventional procedures.
• Prepare patients for procedures.
• Provide education to the patient and family members.
• Insert and remove intravenous lines.
• Administer medication including moderate sedation.
• Monitor patient patterns and vital signs during procedures.
• Oversee the safety and comfort of patient before, during, and after procedures.
• Provide post-procedure monitoring.

Requirements

• Active RN License
• Degree from accredited nursing program
• BLS Certifications
• Additional requirements to be determined by our client facility

Schedule

• Start Date: 08/24/2026
• Duration: 13 weeks
• 40 hours per week
• 10-hour day shifts
