Job Summary

Aya Healthcare has an immediate opening for an Interventional Radiology position in Winfield, IL. The position offers a competitive salary range of $3208.20 to $3406.60 weekly for a 12-week assignment. Shifts are available from 07:00 - 17:30, Monday through Friday.

About the Role

As an Interventional Radiology professional, you will be responsible for performing a variety of procedures under fluoroscopic guidance, including but not limited to angioplasty, central venous access, and stent placements. You will also be expected to manage ports, perform diagnostic cardiac cath lab procedures, and manage isolation precautions.

Responsibilities

  • Perform angioplasty and stent placements
  • Manage central venous access and ports
  • Manage isolation precautions and PPE
  • Perform diagnostic cardiac cath lab procedures
  • Manage liver biopsies and mesenteric angiograms
  • Perform gastrostomy and nephrostomy tube placements
  • Perform thoracentesis and ureteral stent placements
  • Perform paracentesis and perform EKG lead placement
  • Perform radioembolization and perform endovascular interventions
  • Perform dialysis graft creation and revision
  • Perform ultrasound and upper and lower extremity angiography
  • Perform percutaneous transhepatic cholangiogram and stent placement
  • Perform carotid stenting and renal artery stent placement
  • Perform chest tube placement and perform internal/external biliary drainage
  • Perform vascular closure systems and perform TIPS (Transjugular Intrahepatic Portosystemic Shunt)
  • Perform intraoperative imaging and perform special procedures

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience
  • Required certifications: ARRT R, BLS
