Travel Interventional Radiology Cath Lab Technologist - $3,265 per week

About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing diagnostic and interventional procedures in a cardiac catheterization laboratory setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic and interventional procedures under the supervision of a cardiologist.
• Prepare patients for procedures, including administering medications and positioning them appropriately.
• Operate and monitor equipment used during procedures, ensuring patient safety and data accuracy.
• Document all procedures accurately and maintain detailed records.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Radiologic Technology, Medical Technology).
• Current certification as a Registered Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist (RCCLT).
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in a cardiac catheterization laboratory.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Must be eligible for licensure in Maryland.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.

Pay

The pay package is based on a 10-hour shift and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

Shifts are from 07:00:00 to 17:00:00 daily.
