About the role
Meda Health is seeking a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist for a 13-week assignment starting August 24, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures under the supervision of an interventional radiologist.
- Assist in the preparation of patients for procedures, including positioning and monitoring vital signs.
- Operate imaging equipment to capture necessary images for diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Prepare and administer contrast media and other medications as required.
- Ensure sterile technique during procedures to minimize infection risk.
- Document patient data accurately and maintain medical records.
Requirements
- At least two years of experience as an Interventional Radiology Technologist.
- Current state licensure (if applicable).
- BLS certification.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of a recognized training program in radiologic technology.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Skills
- Proficiency with imaging equipment and software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Pay
The pay package is based on 10-hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
