About the role
We are seeking a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Seattle, Washington, working 36 hours per week on 12-hour night shifts.
Candidates will be responsible for performing vascular and neuroradiology angiographic and interventional procedures, operating radiographic equipment, and maintaining patient safety.
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Develop and maintain skills in various clinical systems, including McKesson RIS, Physician Portal, PCM, PMM, Kronos, PACS, PHS, and Teletrak
- Monitor and ensure equipment performance to specification
- Assist the supervisor in maintaining an adequate level of supplies required for patient care
- Ensure that relevant exam information is captured at the time of the exam
- Assist radiologists in performing exams, providing clinical excellence
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Interventional Radiographer
- Independent decision-making skills
- Solid understanding of patient safety and precautions
- Excellent communication skills with staff, physicians, patients, and families
- Ability to relate positively to residents and families and work cooperatively with other employees
- At least 2 years of experience
Qualifications
Candidates must possess phenomenal efficiency and attention to detail, with a strong knowledge of procedures and patient safety.
Being compassionate and sensitive is a prerequisite for the profession, with the ideal candidate being a critical thinker and able to act quickly in emergencies.

Pay
The pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week, with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
