About the role

HCS 247 is seeking a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist for a 13-week assignment starting August 24, 2026. The position is 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 10 hours per day.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures under the supervision of an interventional radiologist
  • Prepare patients for procedures, including positioning and monitoring vital signs
  • Operate equipment and perform technical aspects of procedures
  • Document patient information accurately and maintain medical records
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and infection control measures

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience as an Interventional Radiology Technologist
  • No new grads will be considered

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Current state license as an Interventional Radiology Technologist
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Skills

  • Proficiency with medical imaging equipment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay

The pay package is based on 10 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

This is a 13-week assignment, 7A-5P shift starting August 24, 2026, working 40 hours per week.
