Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive care to Intermediate Care/Stepdown patients.
- Monitor telemetry, manage insulin drips, and care for patients with sepsis, GI bleeds, trauma, stroke, spinal cord injuries, chest tubes, and orthopedic conditions.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective patient care.
- Float to inpatient units and nearby affiliated facilities as needed.
Requirements
- Active Wisconsin or Compact RN License.
- AHA or ARC BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Minimum 2 years of Stepdown, Intermediate Care, or PCU experience.
- At least one completed travel assignment required.
- Epic EMR experience strongly preferred.
