Travel Inpatient Rehabilitation Speech-Language Pathologist - $2,268 per week

About the role

Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Speech Language Pathologist for a 13-week contract in Tacoma, Washington.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services to patients in an inpatient rehab setting.
• Work 36 hours per week, 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday.
• Occasional flexibility to work weekends for a comp day off during the week.

Requirements

• More than 2 years of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Active Speech Language Pathologist License.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.

Qualifications

• Experience providing speech-language therapy services in an inpatient rehab setting.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with patients and families.

Skills

• Proficiency in assessment and treatment of speech and language disorders.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and patient care protocols.
• Effective problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, primarily 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, with occasional flexibility to work weekends for a comp day off during the week.
