HealthTrust Workforce Solutions CHS is seeking a travel nurse RN Rehabilitation for a 13-week assignment in Tucson, Arizona.

Responsibilities

• Provide care in an inpatient rehabilitation setting
• Work 36 hours per week on a 12-hour shift, days
• Must have 2+ years of inpatient rehabilitation experience
• Requires an Arizona license and Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Uses Cerner electronic medical records system
• May be required to float to other hospitals for Med-Surg care

Requirements

• AZ License
• BLS
• Cerner EMR
• 2+ Years of Inpatient Rehab Experience
• Floating to Sister Hospitals for Med-Surg Care (required)

Qualifications

• Current AZ RN License
• Current BLS Certification
• Proficient in Cerner EMR
• At least 2 years of inpatient rehabilitation experience
