About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our inpatient rehabilitation team at a state-of-the-art facility committed to providing comprehensive care and specialized treatment for patients recovering from severe injuries or illnesses.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals during their rehabilitation journey.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care strategies as needed for optimal recovery.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families throughout the rehabilitation process.
• Utilize electronic health records (EHR) for documentation and communication.

Requirements

• Active RN licensure.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Preferred experience in rehabilitation nursing or related fields.

Pay

Pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined. Contract and local rates may vary based on location and applicant residency.

• Shift: Nights, 18:45 to 07:15.
