Travel Inpatient Physical Therapist - $2,695 per week

Focus Staff is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a contract position in Chersaw, South Carolina. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a PT setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in a variety of settings.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessment.
- Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers as needed.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe and clean environment.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a PT setting.
- Valid SC License.
- BLS Certification.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current registration as a Physical Therapist in South Carolina.
