Job Details
- Location: Salida, Colorado
- Schedule: Days, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years experience in Pelvic Health
- Active license for the state of Colorado
- Pelvic Health Certification
- Current CPR Certification
- Graduation from an AMA-APTA approved school of physical therapy
- Member or eligible for membership in the American Physical Therapy Association or American Registry of Physical Therapy
