Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shift hours, minimum of 36 hours per week. Additional Information: Role includes working every other weekend with no call. EHR documentation will be completed using Cerner OneChart. Professional: Ascension profile and 2 professional references are required. Submissions must include completion of the Ascension Skills Checklist. Responsibility: Deliver inpatient physical therapy services, follow clinical protocols, and document patient progress in accordance with facility guidelines. Certifications: Must possess current state licensure as a physical therapist.
