Required Certifications: Active Pharmacist License (RPh) IV Certification Chemotherapy / Hazardous Drug Certification Preferred Qualifications: PharmD, Sterile Technique, Pharmacokinetic dosing experience, Carousel & Pyxis proficiency. Core Clinical Skills: Intravenous preparation, sterile compounding, IV piggyback, clinical dosing (pediatric, cardiac, anticoagulation, renal, geriatric).
