Cross Country Allied is seeking a travel Pharmacist for a 13-week assignment in Lebanon, Oregon, starting 11/02/2026. This inpatient pharmacy role involves providing expert medication management and supporting optimal drug therapy within a hospital setting. The pharmacy team is staffed by experts managing medication therapy decisions to improve patient outcomes within a hospital environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage medication therapy decisions to improve patient outcomes

Requirements
- Current unencumbered Oregon Pharmacist Licensure required upon submission
- Previous hospital pharmacy experience preferred
- Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification
- ACLS certification
- PALS certification
Schedule
- Days shift, 12 hours per shift
- Minimum 36 hours per week
- 36 hours per week guaranteed

Pay
Pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
