Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse specializing in Acute Care Medical-Surgical Oncology. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of recent experience in this specialty and must hold the required certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Acute Care Inpatient Oncology unit.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and care procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in Acute Care Med-Surg Oncology.
• Current AHA BLS & ACLS certifications.
• NIHSS certification required.

Schedule

• Duration: 13-week contract.
• Shift: 12-hour days, 7AM - 7PM.
• Requirement: Work 2 major holidays and 1 minor holiday during the contract period.
• Hours per week: 36 hours.
