Job Summary

Occupational Therapist Inpatient specialized in acute inpatient, acute rehab, skilled, and outpatient settings in Marshfield, Wisconsin. The role involves providing evaluations and documentation to justify the next level of care, with a focus on activities of daily living (ADL) assessments.

Required Qualifications

• Wisconsin state license
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA)
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in occupational therapy
• Understanding of ADL evaluation and documentation skills
• Flexibility

• Teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in acute inpatient, acute rehab, skilled nursing, or outpatient rehabilitation settings
• Float rotation may be required
