Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
- Valid license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
Responsibilities
- Evaluate new patients
- Set objective goals for functional outcomes
- Develop treatment plans
- Administer diagnostic testing
- Fabricate adaptive equipment or splints
- Modify treatments based on patient progress
- Document all care accurately
- Provide patient and family education
- Communicate with medical and allied health personnel
- Maintain equipment and supplies
- Provide guidance to support staff and students
- Participate in clinical instruction and departmental meetings
