Job Details

• Location: Madill, Oklahoma
• Position: Occupational Therapist Inpatient (OT IP)
• Schedule: Days, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, minimum 40 hours per week

Required Qualifications

• Certifications in Occupational Therapy
• Active National or Oklahoma state license
• 0 years minimum experience needed
• Location requirements are in Oklahoma
• Candidates must be licensed before start

Preferred Qualifications

• Geriatric or swing bed experience

Additional Information

• Patient Ratio: 1:1; 6-10 patients per day
• Scope of Role: Swing Bed, minimal outpatient services
• No call required
• No floating required
• RTO blackout dates: 06/01/2026 to 06/12/2026
• EMR system: Cerner No Geriatric Health (GH) accommodations possible
