About Care Team Solutions

Founded by brothers Justin and Kyle, Care Team Solutions is built on the belief that travel nurses deserve better support. While neither founder is a nurse, they recognized the challenges travel nurses face—tough assignments, unfamiliar locations, and often feeling unsupported. Their mission is to change the industry by offering fair pay, transparent communication, and meaningful benefits that prioritize nurses’ well-being. Recruiters are carefully selected and work in close proximity to leadership, ensuring issues are addressed quickly and personally. The agency focuses on creating a supportive environment where nurses can thrive in their roles without the "churn and burn" experience common in the industry.
