Travel Infusion Registered Nurse - $3,245 per week

Job Summary

The Infusion Nurse is needed in the New York area. This position involves developing, coordinating, and delivering evidence-based educational programs and competency validation for oncology nursing staff. The role also includes collaborating with nurse leadership, clinical specialists, and interdisciplinary teams to support orientation, professional development, and continuing education.

Job Details

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, with no weekends, for 7.5 hours per day and a minimum of 37.5 hours per week.

Required Qualifications

• New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license, primary source verification
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Certified in Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) and Oncology Nurses Certification (ONCC) in Chemotherapy & Immunotherapy
• At least two years of medical-surgical chemotherapy infusion experience
• Proficiency in intravenous (IV) insertion and phlebotomy skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Chemotherapy certification
• Preceptor experience
• Experience working in oncology settings

Pay Package

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 37 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
