Travel IMCU/Step Down RN - $2,085 per week

About the role

The IMCU Float Pool RN will be responsible for providing clinical care to patients in the Intermediate Care Unit. The role involves floating within the hospital as needed and requires proficiency in EPIC. Candidates must be comfortable caring for pediatric patients occasionally as the unit does not redirect these cases.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in the IMCU setting.
• Monitor and manage patients with complex medical needs.
• Utilize EPIC for charting and patient information management.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• North Carolina or Multistate RN license required.
• 2 years of IMC/Tele/PCU experience.
• 2+ years of travel nursing experience.
• EPIC experience or proficiency is required.
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications required.
• Telemetry experience is mandatory.

Pay

Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
