Responsibilities

• Provide patient care within the IMC in a hospital setting, managing acute respiratory distress, septic shock, hypertensive crisis, severe congestive heart failure, myocardial infarction, unstable angina, and trauma patients.
• Float between Med/Surg Tele and IMC units as needed.
• Monitor and respond to rapid patient changes, demonstrating proficiency with EPIC EHR system.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient care.
• Follow all hospital protocols, including infection control and safety procedures.

Requirements

• Recent EPIC experience.
• 2+ years of Tele experience.
• 2+ years prior experience on an IMC unit in a hospital setting.
• BLS & ACLS required.
• Flu shot and 2-step PPD required.
• Shift includes night 3x12‑hour shifts.
