Travel ICU RN

Seeking an experienced ICU RN for a travel assignment in Sun City West, Arizona. Responsibilities: Assessing and monitoring critically ill patients, operating life-support equipment, administering advanced treatments, documenting patient conditions, performing hemodynamic monitoring, providing patient and family education, collaborating with healthcare teams, maintaining infection control, and engaging in quality improvement initiatives. Qualifications: At least one year of recent ICU experience, valid RN license, current BLS and ACLS certifications. Preferred: CCRN, TNCC, NIHSS, or other relevant certifications. Skills: Critical thinking, strong communication, technical proficiency, physical stamina, interpersonal skills, and ability to work under pressure.
