Travel ICU RN

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive critical care to high-acuity patients, including assessing and monitoring patient conditions.
• Operate life-support equipment and administer advanced treatments.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Perform hemodynamic monitoring and manage complex medications.
• Ensure patient safety and document all care provided.
• Educate patients and families on care plans and health management.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a sterile environment.
• Maintain proficiency in critical care procedures and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Support patient comfort and safety in the ICU environment.

Requirements

• One year of recent ICU experience.
• Valid RN license and current BLS/ACLS certifications.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Physical ability to move equipment and assist patients.
• Proficiency in English and technical skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
