Role and Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive critical care in the ICU, including patient assessment, monitoring, and operating life-support equipment.
• Administer complex medications and advanced treatments, interpret hemodynamic data, and ensure patient safety and comfort.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, document interventions, educate patients and families, and adhere to infection control protocols.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives and maintain proficiency through ongoing education.

Qualifications and Skills

• One year of recent ICU experience
• Valid RN license and current BLS/ACLS certifications
• Critical thinking, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills
• Physical ability to move equipment and assist with procedures
• Ability to work under pressure, with attention to detail and confidentiality
