Travel ICU RN

About the role

Provides critical care in an ICU setting, assessing and monitoring critically ill patients, operating advanced life-support equipment, administering complex treatments, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure patient safety and comfort.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments
• Manage hemodynamic monitoring
• Document interventions
• Educate patients and families
• Adhere to infection control protocols
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Maintain proficiency in critical care procedures

Qualifications & Skills

• Requires at least one year of ICU experience
• Valid RN license
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Preferred CCRN and other certifications
• Must demonstrate critical thinking, effective communication, physical stamina, technical skills, and the ability to work under pressure and in high-acuity environments
