About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled ICU Registered Nurse to provide critical care in a high-acuity environment. The role involves assessing and monitoring critically ill patients, administering advanced treatments, operating life-support equipment, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure patient safety and comfort.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring patient conditions and responding to changes
• Administering complex medications and treatments
• Managing advanced life support and hemodynamic monitoring
• Documenting assessments, interventions, and patient responses
• Providing patient and family education
• Ensuring adherence to infection control protocols and quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• Recent ICU experience (minimum one year)
• Valid RN license per state regulations
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Preferred: CCRN, TNCC, NIHSS certifications
