Responsibilities
- Assessing, monitoring, and responding to critically ill patients' conditions
- Administering complex medications and operating advanced life support equipment
- Performing hemodynamic monitoring and documenting patient responses accurately
- Providing patient and family education and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams
- Maintaining infection control and participating in quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of recent ICU experience
- Valid RN license and current BLS/ACLS certifications
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to perform demanding tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Skills
- CCRN, TNCC, NIHSS certifications
- Additional licenses as required
