About the role
Provide comprehensive critical care to high-acuity patients in the ICU setting.
Responsibilities
- Assess and monitor critically ill patients
- Operate life-support equipment
- Administer advanced treatments
- Document patient conditions
- Perform hemodynamic monitoring
- Ensure patient safety and comfort
- Collaborate with healthcare teams
- Provide patient and family education
- Adhere to infection control protocols
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives

Requirements
- Minimum one year of ICU experience
- Valid RN license
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Preferred: CCRN and other specialized certifications
