We are seeking a qualified and dedicated ICU Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care within the intensive care unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care and will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Assess and monitor patients in the ICU, providing critical nursing care.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with medical staff and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments and interventions.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding care and treatment options.
- Respond to emergencies and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Current RN license and registration to practice.
- Minimum of [insert required years] years of ICU experience preferred.
- Certification in CPI, ACLS, NIHSS, and BLS required.
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
