About the role
PRN Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Olney, Illinois.
Responsibilities
- Provide critical care services to patients requiring advanced medical interventions.
- Assess, diagnose, and manage complex medical conditions under the supervision of a physician.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Monitor patient vital signs and administer medications as necessary.
- Document patient care activities and communicate effectively with healthcare team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Illinois.
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
- Experience in an ICU setting preferred.
