Travel ICU RN - $2,269 per week

VyTalent Solutions is seeking a travel nurse for an ICU - Intensive Care Unit position in Parkersburg, West Virginia.

Schedule

• 07:00 - 19:30 or 19:00 - 07:30
• 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week
• Start date: ASAP
• Duration: 13 weeks

Pay

Pay range: $2,171.56 - $2,280.14 per week (subject to confirmation). Tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Requirements

• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• At least 1 year of critical care experience
• Prior travel nursing experience preferred
• Competency with CRRT, IABP, ventilators, post-code/therapeutic hypothermia
• Skilled with vasoactive medications, sedation, and paralytics

Responsibilities

• Provide critical care nursing for ICU patients, managing ventilators, vasoactive drips, and other advanced equipment
• Titrate IV medications within ordered parameters and perform care/removal of central lines
• Monitor and interpret vitals via Phillips ICU system, collaborating with respiratory therapists and telemetry staff
• Support patient care in a fast-paced ICU environment, including trauma, sepsis, COVID-19, and other acute diagnoses
• Float to Stepdown and MedSurg units as needed
• Adhere to unit-specific protocols and dress codes
