Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to ICU and medsurg patients within the hospital setting.
• Monitor and interpret telemetry strips for all areas of the unit.
• Titrate and manage IV drips such as propofol, insulin, and other medications.
• Collaborate with hospitalists and RTs to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Adhere to unit policies, participate in extended orientation, and maintain documentation accuracy.

Requirements

• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• PALS certification
• ICU experience
• In-house respiratory therapy (RT) experience with vents, Cpap, BiPap, etc.
• Able to monitor and read strips for medsurg and ICU
• Experience titrating drips (propofol, cardizem, insulin, precedex, levo, etc.)

Pay

Pay Range: $2,211.16 - $2,321.72 per week (based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week, subject to confirmation). Tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

• 12-hour shifts, 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM
• Extra shifts may be available
• Manager open to block scheduling based on traveler preferences
