AMN Healthcare Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Yakima, Washington.

• Start Date: 09/21/2026
• Duration: 17 weeks
• Schedule: 36 hours per week, 12-hour night shifts
• Pay Rate: $2029.00 - $2133.00 per week (based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week, subject to confirmation, with tax-free stipend amount to be determined)

Required Qualifications

• Registered Nurse, ICU
• 2 years of experience
• 1 prior travel assignment in Registered Nurse, ICU
• Licenses: RN (Compact Accepted; copy needed)
• Certifications: ACLS (copy needed); BLS (copy needed)
• SSN required
• DOB required
• 1 reference in the last 12 months
• Skills checklist within 12 months

Skills & Patient Population

Required Skills: chest tubes, wound vacs, dressing changes, monitoring femoral arterial sheaths.

Preferred Skills: Art line, Impella and/or IABP experience preferred.

Patient Types: CHF, respiratory distress, ACS, A-fib RVR, DM, blood product administration, BiPAP, CVA overflow, post-cath patients (will see TR bands and the femoral approach; can see femoral sheaths but travelers will not pull them), some surgical patients (vascular, abdominal, GI, etc.).

Common Drips: diltiazem, amiodarone, Lasix, nitro, heparin.
