About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for our Intensive Care Unit (ICU). The ideal candidate will provide exceptional care to adult patients with critical conditions, demonstrating clinical expertise and compassion. This is a 13-week travel contract position with the possibility to float to PCU as needed.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, documenting changes and responding to needs.
- Administer medications and treatments per established protocols.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care plans.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions and post-hospital care.
Requirements
- Active RN license.
- BLS and ACLS certification required.
- Minimum of 1 year ICU experience preferred.
Schedule
- 13-week contract.
- 40 hours per week.
- 8-hour day shifts (07:00 - 19:00).
- Rotating weekends.
